Vincent Misiano is an American television director.

He has directed episodes of 45 different series, including Chicago PD, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Blacklist, The West Wing, Prison Break, Medium and Third Watch. He was elected to three terms as National Vice-president of the Directors Guild of America.
