Virginia Strom-Martin (born March 29, 1948) served in the California state Assembly[1][2] from 1996 until she was termed out in 2002. She has been a member of the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board since February 5, 2003. She was appointed by former Assembly Speaker Herb Wesson.
