Vishal Singh is an Indian politician and leader in the cooperative movement.[5] He currently serves as the Chairman of the National Cooperative Consumers Federation of India (NCCF), the apex body for consumer cooperatives in India under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India. He was elected to this position in September 2022.[6] He is affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party[7] and serves as the President of the party’s cooperative cell in the state of Bihar.[2]
