It is owned by Nexstar Media Group, which provides certain services to CW outlet WTVW (channel 7) under a shared services agreement (SSA) with Mission Broadcasting. The two stations share studios on Marywood Drive in Henderson, Kentucky, where WEHT's transmitter is also located.
