WKSB (102.7 FM, "Kiss 102-7") is a commercial radio station licensed to serve Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The station is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc., through licensee iHM Licenses, LLC, and broadcasts an adult contemporary format, switching to Christmas music for much of November and December. Its broadcast tower is located on Bald Eagle Mountain south of Williamsport at (41°11′24.7″N 76°58′46.2″W / 41.190194°N 76.979500°W).[2]
WKSB is a grandfathered “superpower” station. The station’s effective radiated power (ERP) exceeds the maximum limit allowed for a Class B FM station, and is also far above the maximum allowable ERP for its antenna height above average terrain (HAAT) according to current FCC rules.[3][4]
