WUMP (730 AM, "SportsRadio 730 The UMP") is a commercial radio station licensed to Madison, Alabama, and serving the Huntsville metropolitan area. It is owned by Cumulus Media with studios on U.S. Route 72 in Athens.

By day, WUMP is powered at 1,000 watts. But 730 AM is a Mexican and Canadian clear channel frequency. So at night, to avoid interference, WUMP must reduce power to 129 watts. The transmitter is on Hughes Road in Madison.[4] Programming is also heard on 99-watt FM translator W280BA at 103.9 MHz.[5]
