The Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (WRDA 2000), Pub. L. 106–541 (text) (PDF), was enacted by Congress of the United States on December 11, 2000.^[1] Most of the provisions of WRDA 2000 are administered by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
