Whaplode Drove is a village in the civil parish of Whaplode, in the South Holland district of Lincolnshire, England.[1] It is approximately 10 miles (16 km) south from the market town of Spalding. The hamlet of Shepeau Stow is 1 mile (1.6 km) to the south-west.

Whaplode Drove is a largely rural village and lies in the middle of the Lincolnshire Fens.

The name 'Whaplode' derives from the Old English cwappa-lad meaning 'eel pout watercourse'.[2]
