How to use this index:
This index is designed to make it easier to find the cases that a particular user has been involved in. The full cases are linked here under each user's name. For a brief summary of a case (primarily the final decision), take note of the month of the case and go to Requests for arbitration/Completed requests, where cases are listed in chronological order.
Note on involved parties: This index is intended to list only the significant participants of a case. Users who are primarily witnesses or minor involved parties may not be listed. If a finding of fact about a user's action was made, a remedy mentions a user, or a user is otherwise significantly involved, they should be listed here.
This page is not updated immediately for cases recently closed, and may be a month or more behind. Check the history for the date of the last case indexed.
