Ultimately, the fact that this portal served incorrect information to readers (albeit not many readers) for several years is the most concerning point brought up at this MfD, and while it's true that someone popped up to fix some of these errors once this MfD is created, I don't see strong consensus that there is an adequate plan to prevent this portal from misinforming readers again in the near future.
