All too often these proceedings drag on for well over their allotted thirty days, everyone gives up, and nothing happens. So it is a relief to find that a user RFC that started off with such a contentious atmosphere appears to have ended with broad agreement.

The results are:

YRC agrees not to edit Wikipedia at all for a period of thirty days, expiring September 16, 2012. A "wikibreak enforcer" is already in place to assist.
YRC agrees not to edit biographies of living persons for a period of three months after the expiration of the one month break, meaning not until December 16, 2012
YRC agrees to a one revert restriction in all namespaces and a strict civility parole for a period of six months after the expiration of the one month break, meaning until April 16, 2013
YRC agrees that he will be subject to a full site ban should it be proven that he has violated any of these terms

Thanks to everyone who participated, especially YRC himself as voluntary agreements are impossible if the subject refuses to participate.
