This project is, broadly speaking, a group of editors devoted to supporting and further developing the community of the English Wikipedia and making contributors, both tenured and inexperienced, more comfortable. The tentative plan is that the project will thrive on user-created proposals, as explained below. If there is sufficient support for a particular proposal, we will collaborate to implement the idea. It should be noted that this project is not intended to be similar to Wikipedia:Esperanza in any way.
