The WikiProject Horror Task Center is a "job opening"/"job held" listing for tasks within the project that benefit from one or more dedicated users shouldering the responsibility. The goal of the center is to encourage individual users to accept ownership of tasks that need to be done to help the project smoothly run on a day-to-day basis.
Please note: Becoming a Task Editor confers no special levels of authority.
Any member of the project is capable of filling a Task Editor position, though their name may be removed by the Coordinator, the Deputy Coordinator or an Assistant Coordinator if they prove delinquent in full-filling the task(s) they volunteered for.
How to signup |

If the job is vacant, then VACANCY will appear in the last column. If you wish to fill the vacancy edit the page removing the {{/Vacancy}} code replacing it with your username (in the format {{user|YOUR_USERNAME}}). If you unfortunately need to resign, then replace your username with the {{/Vacancy}} code again.

More than one editor |
---|
In theory, only one Task Editor is required to accomplish each Job, but should this not be the case — if, for instance, the Job Task Editor discovers it is more than s/he can handle alone — then they can place a request for another editor within their Job field. This is done by editing the page and placing a bracket return (<br/>) after the {{user|YOUR_USERNAME}} entry and then placing a {{/Vacancy}} after that. In example, it would appear as: |
