Welcome to WikiProject San Francisco 49ers! The project was formed on November 23, 2008 as a branch off of the NFL Project to bring together Wikipedians who are interested in creating and improving articles relating to the San Francisco 49ers.

Goals
The project aims primarily to:
Create and expand the coverage of articles whose content is connected to the San Francisco 49ers organization.
Set up consistent structural and graphical layouts for displaying information on these articles.
Bring as much content as possible about the 49ers to featured status.
