Xantus's hummingbird (Basilinna xantusii ), previously known as the black-fronted hummingbird , is a species in the "emeralds", tribe Trochilini of subfamily Trochilinae. It is endemic to the Baja California Peninsula .[ 5] [ 6] [ 7]
