Xu Ying (Chinese: 徐㼆; pinyin: Xú Yíng; born ) is a former Chinese politician who served as deputy director of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration from 2014 to 2024. He was investigated by China's top anti-graft agency in May 2024.[1]
