Clive James "CJ" Brooks[1] (born 1 February 1992), known professionally as Yungen, is a British rapper, singer and songwriter from Herne Hill, South London.[2] He first gained recognition for his 2011 freestyle video for SB.TV and in 2015 was nominated for Best Newcomer at the MOBO Awards.[3][4] His 2017 song "Bestie" featuring Yxng Bane reached top 10 in the UK Singles Chart in October and became his first platinum single in February 2018.[5][2][6]
