Abdul Zahir Tanin (Pashto: ظاهر طنين, Dari: ظاهر طنین; born 1 May 1956) is an Afghan diplomat who has served as the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Kosovo, making him Head of the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), since October 2015.[1]
