Zhou Yibing (Chinese: 周衣冰; pinyin: Zhōu Yībīng; February 1922 – 9 August 2017) was a lieutenant general (zhongjiang) of the People's Liberation Army (PLA). He was a member of the 13th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.[1] He was a delegate to the 6th and 8th National People's Congress.
