Anthony E. Zuiker (Blue Island, 17 agosto 1968) è un produttore cinematografico, sceneggiatore e regista statunitense, famoso per aver ideato la serie televisiva CSI - Scena del crimine.
Ha ideato e co-prodotto tutte e tre le serie del telefilm: CSI - Scena del crimine (CSI: Crime Scene Investigation), CSI: Miami, CSI: NY e CSI: Cyber.
Zuiker si laureò nell'University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
A lui è intitolato un teatro nella Chaparral High School, in Nevada.
