The 1926 Nebraska Cornhuskers football team was an American football team that represented the University of Nebraska in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) during the 1926 college football season. In its second season under head coach Ernest Bearg, the team compiled a 6–2 record (5–1 against conference opponents), finished second in the MVC, and outscored opponents by a total of 123 to 46.[1] The team played its home games at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska.
