The 1926 Pittsburgh Panthers football team was an American football team that represented the University of Pittsburgh as an independent during the 1926 college football season. In its third season under head coach Jock Sutherland, the team compiled a 5–2–2 record and outscored all opponents by a total of 170 to 73.[1][2] The team played all nine of its games at home at Pitt Stadium in Pittsburgh.
