The 1990 Daily Mirror/Sporting Life Greyhound Derby took place in May and June[1] with the final being held on 23 June 1990 at Wimbledon Stadium.[2][3] The winner was Slippy Blue and the winning owner Mrs Eileen Fenn received £40,000. The competition was sponsored by the Sporting Life and Daily Mirror. [4] Slippy Blue was bred by William McAllister from Scotland.
