The 1992 Big West Conference men's basketball tournament was held March 13–15 at the Long Beach Arena in Long Beach, California.[1]
New Mexico State defeated Pacific in the final, 74–73, capturing their first Big West title. Three-time defending champions UNLV did not participate in this year's tournament due to NCAA sanctions.
The Aggies subsequently received an automatic bid to the 1992 NCAA tournament.
