Held at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina, the 70-lap race was an exhibition race in the 1994 NASCAR Winston Cup Series. Bobby Labonte of Joe Gibbs Racing won the pole, while Jeff Gordon of Hendrick Motorsports led the most laps and won the race.

The race also started the trend of special paint schemes, with Dale Earnhardt sporting a reverse paint scheme of his GM Goodwrench car.
