The 2018 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 130th staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887. The draw for the 2018 opening fixtures took place on 10 December 2017.[1] The championship began on 22 March 2018 and ended on 14 October 2018.

Imokilly were the defending champions.[2]

On 14 October 2018, Imokilly won the championship after a 4–19 to 1–18 defeat of Midleton in the final at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.[3] It was their fourth championship title overall and their second title in succession.

Midleton's Conor Lehane was the championship's top scorer with 2-37.
