The 2023 Mercyhurst Lakers football team represents Mercyhurst University as a member of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) during the 2023 NCAA Division II football season. Led by second-year head coach Ryan Riemedio, the Rams compiled an overall record of 2–9 with a mark of 1–6 in conference play, tying for last place in the PSAC West Division. The team played home games at Saxon Stadium in Erie, Pennsylvania.
