The 2023 OL Reign season was the team's eleventh season of play and their eleventh season in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), the top division of women's soccer in the United States.

On October 6, 2023, the club set a NWSL record for standalone attendance with 34,130 spectators at Lumen Field for a regular season match against the Washington Spirit. The match was the final home game for Megan Rapinoe, who announced her intent to retire at the end of the season.[1]
