The 2023 One-Day Cup tournament was a limited overs cricket competition that formed part of the 2023 domestic cricket season in England and Wales. Matches were contested over 50 overs per side, having List A cricket status, with all eighteen first-class counties competing in the tournament.[1][2] The tournament started on 1 August 2023, with the final taking place on 16 September 2023 at Trent Bridge in Nottingham.[3][4] Kent were the defending champions, having won the 2022 tournament.[5]
Leicestershire beat Hampshire by two runs in the final, winning their first List A trophy since 1985.[6][7]
