A by-election was held in the provincial riding of Baie Verte-Green Bay in Newfoundland and Labrador on May 27, 2024, to elect a new member of the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly following the resignation of Liberal MHA Brian Warr.[1] Advance polling opened on May 21.[2] Lin Paddock of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador won the election.
