The 2024 CECAFA U-20 Championship is the 15th edition of the biennial CECAFA U-20 Championship tournament organised by the CECAFA. It will be hosted by Tanzania.
Uganda won previous edition title in 2022[1] and successfully defended their title. This competition served as the CECAFA qualifiers for the 2025 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations.
