2024 Colorado Amendment 80 is a proposed amendment to the Colorado Constitution that will appear on the general election ballot on November 5, 2024, in Colorado. If passed, the amendment would add a provision to the state's Constitution guaranteeing the right to school choice. The measure must be approved by at least 55% of voters to pass.[1]
