Mayoral elections in Guam were held on November 5, 2024 as part of the 2024 Guamanian general election, to elect mayors of nineteen villages in Guam and vice mayors in six, with primaries taking place on August 3.[1]

The incumbent vice mayor of Sinajana, Rudy Don Iriarte, died on January 4, 2024. A special election to fill the office was planned for March 9, 2024, but was cancelled after the office was disestablished to save money.[2]
