The 2024 PFF Women's Cup is the 4th edition of the cup competition.[1] Six teams are competing this season which began on October 13, 2024.

The competition was publicly announced in September 2024, and is meant to be a qualification tournament for the 2025 PFF Women's League season.[2][3] Coca-Cola Philippines serve as the title sponsor.[4][5]

The tournament will have ten match days, most of them to be played at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila.[3] At least two matches were played at the McKinley Hill Stadium in Taguig.[6] The format will consist of a single round robin phase where the top four teams will advance to the semifinals.[7]

Far Eastern University is the previous edition's champion, but is unable to defend their title.
