The 58th Illinois General Assembly met from 1933 to 1935. Thomas Donovan of Joliet was the Lieutenant Governor of Illinois and thus ex officio President of the Senate.[a] Richey V. Graham of Chicago was President pro tempore of the Senate. Arthur Roe of Vandalia was the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
