Senator Abdullahi Abubakar Gumel (born 20 April 1949) is a Nigerian politician and member of the 8th National Assembly from Jigawa State.[1] He represented Jigawa North West Senatorial District.

In the Senate, he is the chairman Senate Committee on States and Local Government.[2]
