Abraham Baily (September 5, 1760 – August 13, 1825) was an American politician and physician from Pennsylvania. He served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing Chester County from 1808 to 1813. He also served in the Pennsylvania Senate from 1814 to 1818.
