In Greek mythology, Acessamenus[pronunciation?] (Ancient Greek: Ἀκεσσαμενοῖο or Ἀκεσσάμενος) was a king of Pieria. He was known as the founder and eponym of Akesamenai, a city in Macedonia.[1]
