Adolfo Bolea Sanz (24 March 1933 – 14 November 2020) was a Spanish football forward and manager.
In a career spent mostly with Cádiz,[1] he played 309 games and scored 115 goals in Segunda División, adding three in six in La Liga for Español. He also managed Cádiz in two brief spells.
