Maharaja Ahibaran (Sanskrit: अहिबरन) was a legendary Indian king (Maharaja) of Baran, a city of traders. Maharaja Ahibaran was born on 26 December.[1]

The Baranwal communities are descended from him and also celebrate his birth anniversary every year on 26 December.[2]
