Ahmad Wally Skinner (15 February 1925 – 16 May 2014) or also referred to as Pehin Dato Ahmad Wally Skinner, was a Bruneian nobleman and politician whom formerly served as the Deputy Minister of Finance from 1986 to 2003. Additionally, he was the director of Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA) from 16 September 1992 to 7 September 1998.[1]
