Eldo P. "Al" Bagnoli[1] (born January 20, 1953) is an American former college football coach. He served as the head football coach at Union College in Schenectady, New York from 1982 to 1991, the University of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 2014, and Columbia University from 2015 to 2022.[2][3] As of 2023, he is 21st on the list of all-time winningest college football coaches.
