Alberto Madruga da Costa GC IHGC M (15 April 1940, Matriz, Horta – 14 November 2014, Ponta Delgada) was a businessman, former politician and ex-President of the Legislative Assembly of the Azores from 1978-1979, and again in 1991-1995, including a brief span as President of the Government of the Azores, between 1995-1996.
