Aleksandr Viktorovich Uss (Russian: Александр Викторович Усс; born on 3 November 1954) is a Russian statesman and legal scholar who served as the governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai from 21 September 2018[2] to 20 April 2023. He is currently the member of the Federation Council as part of the legislative authority from Krasnosyark Krai, since 8 June 2023.

He is a member of the United Russia party.

From 1997 to 2018, he was the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnoyarsk Krai.

Uss was also a doctor of law, professor, and president of the Siberian Federal University.
