Alexei Osipovich Ratmansky (‹See Tfd›Russian: Алексей Осипович Ратманский, born August 27, 1968) is a Russian-Ukrainian-American[1] choreographer and former ballet dancer. From 2004 to 2008 he was the director of the Moscow Bolshoi Ballet.[2] He left Russia in 2008.[3] In 2009 he was appointed the artist in residence at the American Ballet Theatre,[4][5] and as artist in residence at the New York City Ballet from August 2023.
