Alexia Laroche-Joubert (born 18 December 1969) is a French television producer. She is the managing director of the French production company Adventure Line Productions and CEO of Banijay France, and is best known for producing the reality television series Star Academy (2001–2008), Koh-Lanta (2016–present), and Fort Boyard (2016–present), and for her role as president of the Miss France Committee (2021–2023).
