Ali Matan Hashi (1927–1978; Somali: Cali Mataan Xashi, Arabic: علي متان حاشي), also known as Ali Matan,[1] was a Somali senior military official and politician. He was the first Somali pilot, and a prominent member of the Supreme Revolutionary Council (SRC).[2]
