Ali Naghi oglu Naghiyev (Azerbaijani: Əli Nağı oğlu Nağıyev; born 8 November 1958) is an Azerbaijani Colonel general, who serves as Chief of State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2017, investigative reporting revealed that Naghiyev and his family were beneficiaries of the Azerbaijan Laundromat, which was a money-laundering scheme and slush fund for Azerbaijan's elites.[1][2] At the time, Naghiyev was deputy chief of the Anti-Corruption General Directorate.[1] In 2019, Naghiyev was promoted to Chief of the State Security Service.
