All American is an American sports drama television series, created by April Blair that premiered on The CW on October 10, 2018. The series follows the lives of a group of people from both Crenshaw and Beverly Hills. It features an ensemble cast led by Daniel Ezra, Bre-Z, Greta Onieogou, Samantha Logan, Michael Evans Behling, Cody Christian, Karimah Westbrook, Monét Mazur, Taye Diggs, Jalyn Hall, Chelsea Tavares, and Hunter Clowdus.

The show originally revolved around football player Spencer James (Ezra) as he is recruited by high school football coach Billy Baker (Diggs) to play in Beverly Hills, inspired by the life of professional American football player Spencer Paysinger.

All American received positive reviews from both critics and audiences. Praise was aimed at the football sequences and performances of Ezra, Christian and Diggs. However, the series received weak television ratings on its home channel, but was a sleeper hit on Netflix. In January 2023, the series was renewed for a sixth season,[1] which premiered on April 1, 2024.[2] In June 2024, the series was renewed for a seventh season.[3]
