Allyson Marie Sentnor (born February 18, 2004) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder or forward for the Utah Royals of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) and captains the United States national under-20 team. She played college soccer for the North Carolina Tar Heels before being picked first overall by the Royals in the 2024 NWSL Draft.
